For most online purchases, if you change your mind, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Some items, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, are excluded from this change-of-mind cancellation right.  (subject to our Terms and Conditions).

The cost of returning an item is at the cost of the purchaser or at our discretion.

Can I Return my Order?

  • You can return items within 28 days from the date you receive your order. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of delivery that you would like to cancel. 
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all labels attached.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of it and return it safely packaged. If it has been handled beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

 

What is the Diamond Affair Returns Process?

  • Do not affix any labels to the gift box. Return labels should be affixed to outer packaging only.
  • Return to the Diamond Affair Returns address displayed below.
  • Within 14 days of receiving your return, your refund will be processed. Refund will go to the original payment method.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We’ll explain what to do and cover any reasonable return costs required by law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if you do not return the goods in a saleable condition or if damaged.
