Our story
From a small idea to Diamond Affair.
Diamond Affair was founded in 2011 by Sarah and Greg, starting life as a small home-based business with a handful of carefully chosen products and a modest budget.
What began with orders sold through eBay soon grew into something much bigger. While both working full-time, we began building Diamond Affair into an independent online store of its own — somewhere we could bring together products that felt a little different from the everyday.
As the business grew, we eventually took the leap and left our full-time jobs to concentrate on Diamond Affair. Today, we operate from our office and warehouse in rural Shropshire, sending orders to customers across the UK and around the world.
More than a decade later, we’re still an independent business and still choose our collections with the same approach: looking for distinctive gifts, homeware, jewellery and stationery that have character and feel special.
Our range is always evolving as we discover new products, but what we look for hasn’t really changed — pieces we’d be pleased to give, receive or have in our own homes.
