How Does Clearpay Work?
Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
Simply shop with Diamond Affair and choose Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. Your order will then be dispatched after checkout. It’s that easy!
At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Clearpay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.
When Will the First Payment be Taken?
You will pay the first instalment at the time you make the purchase. Your order will be dispatched right after the first instalment is paid.
Is Clearpay Safe and Secure?
Clearpay are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. They are part of the Afterpay Touch Group, which is level 1 certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
This is the highest level of security in the payment industry.

Is There a Cost for Using Clearpay?
Clearpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Clearpay account to make your payment via a different method.
If you have not made the payment before the due date, and the automatic payment fails, you have until 11pm the following day to make payment.
After 11pm the following day, if that payment has not been made, as set out in Clearpay’s Terms of Service, an initial £6 late fee will apply. A further £6 late fee will apply if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. Late fees are capped. For each order below £24, a maximum £6 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of £24 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the order value or £36, whichever is less.
